Ronly studied Bachelor of Fine Arts (Hons) in The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, majoring Stage and Technical Management and he is now a freelance stage manager.

He has been a Resident Stage Manager in Hong Kong for over 10 years and moved to the UK in 2021 and is now based in Manchester.
