Jessica Thanki

Jessica Thanki is a theatre maker and stage manager who believes that access should be considered at the seed of an idea rather than as an after-thought. It is through this idea that she wants to explore non verbal storytelling, dance and integrated captioning. Jessica started her career as a stage manager working with several directors whilst absorbing in the role of director. It was due to the COVID-19 pandemic that she decided to take the leap, finally into directing. She has already been successful in completing an initial R&D of a new family show which is being developed as we speak.

Jessica has been shortlisted for Stage Manager of the year in 2011, 2018 and Stage Management Team of the Year 2019.
