Jayden Hendricks-Kynaston graduated from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in 2023 with a BA(Hons) in Technical Theatre and Stage Management. She specialises in Lighting Programming with experience in Production Electrics, Set Electrics and Networking.

While studying at RADA Jayden programmed a multitude of shows including Company by Stephen Sondheim, The Wolves by Sarah DeLappe and Bold Girls by Rona Munro. As well as Programming Jayden has also worked as Production Electrician on many shows while at RADA such as The Cherry Orchard by Anton Chekhov and Plaques and Tangles by Nicola Wilson.

Jayden has also been the recipient of the Black Heart Foundation Scholarship to aid in her studies while at RADA.

Since graduating in July 2023, Jayden has been freelancing in the industry as a Lighting Programmer and Technician, programming at the Young Vic and working regularly at the Royal Opera House among other venues.
