Gurkiran Kaur

Gurkiran Kaur is a professionally trained actor, a certified authentic yoga teacher and a qualified voice and dialect coach from London. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama and Theatre Studies from Royal Holloway, University of London before training as an actor at The Bridge Theatre Training Company in London. She has a Master of Arts degree in Voice Studies from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

Gurkiran has worked at a number of drama schools and with private and corporate clients and has coached over 90 professional productions.

Gurkiran serves as a Board Member for the Voice and Speech Trainers' Association and was the 2024 UK VASTA Symposium Director.

Gurkiran appreciates each unique requirement and therefore works flexibly and is adaptable. She works in detail; her approach is accurate, yet practical and offers simple and tangible deliverables for actors and clients. She honours Ancient practices to approach voice work and believes in serving the people in the space ensuring inclusivity, equity and accessibility.
