Andria Digba
Andria Digba is a dedicated and passionate individual.
She has worked as a Stage Management Associate on Talawa Theatre Company’s touring production Play On!, where she stepped into the role of Assistant Stage Manager (ASM) during performances. This role involved supporting cover rehearsals, tech week, and press night, as well as assisting with prop management and get-ins/get-outs.
Andria has also completed intensive stage management training at the National Youth Theatre and the National Theatre, where she gained practical experience in calling cues, paperwork, scheduling, backstage coordination, and working closely with creative teams.
Additionally, she worked as a Guest Experience Host at The London Palladium, where she developed a deep understanding of front-of-house operations and audience engagement.
As an Assistant Facilitator at Rambert, Andria has helped young creatives learn about event production, working behind the scenes to ensure smooth execution of live performances and screenings. Her work as a co-curator for The Young Vic’s Twenty Thrive Exhibition Project further solidified her ability to collaborate on large-scale creative projects and bring artistic visions to life.
With a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, Andria is committed to contributing to high-quality productions and ensuring seamless backstage operations.
