Aiman trained at LAMDA on their Production and Technical Arts course where her main focus was Stage and Production management. She went on to do the optional BA year where she specialised in company management and achieved a First Class Honours Degree.
Some of her roles included Stage Manager on Book at Theatre 503 on 'My Brother's Keeper'; ASM on Book at the Kiln Theatre on 'The Darkest Part of the Night' and ASM at The Sam Wanamaker Playhouse on 'Hakawatis: The Women of the Arabian Nights'.
She also company managed 'Little Shop of Horrors' Musical / 'Earthquakes in London'. In addition she has experience as production manager on Don Carlos / New England / Love Steals us from Loneliness.
Aiman is passionate about diversity and inclusivity within theatre backstage, She focused on this topic for her dissertation. Aiman is driven to growing in this career and being an active voice in the theatre community.
